What attracted me to this sweet little table was it’s great shape and delicate looking double legs. I knew it would look fab painted and decorated with roses to give a stunning romantic feel. This small kidney shaped table has been painted in Athenian Black by Annie Sloan, distressed and a Rose Chintz Paint Inlay by Iron Orchid Designs applied to the top with a fair bit of hand painted foliage and roses too, the whole table has been sealed with a clear Matt varnish, distressed to give an aged look.
The small drawer at the front has also had a few coats of Annie Sloan paint, Scandinavian Pink and a decoration of the rose Paint Inlay, all sealed with clear Matt varnish.
